As you would expect commuting is excellent, Westerham is only 4 miles from junction5 of the M25, which makes access to London and the International Airports easy. The mainline stations at Sevenoaks (terminating at Charing Cross) and Oxted (terminating at Victoria) are only 7 and 4 miles away from the Town and offer a fast connection to the City and the West End of approximately 22 to 40 minutes respectively.

Shopping in the area is excellent with most of the high street names in Sevenoaks and Oxted. Additionally, small exclusive designer boutiques can be found in the centre of Westerham, along with some of the finest restaurants around.

Westerham is surrounded by undulating countryside popular for horse riding, nature walks, picnics and fishing, with several golf clubs, including those at Chipstead, Edenbridge and Westerham. Leisure activities are plentiful with football, cricket and bowling clubs close by, and health clubs and swimming pools within easy reach.
